Day 26- Still Hate Yoga X but Added a Twist To Make it Better.

Did Yoga Today.
As you have probably read, I absolutely hate it so I had to find a way for it to be do-able for me.
My weakness are the downward dogs. I have no strength in my arms to lift me up. So I just used a chair for both the plank, downward assana and then downward dog. It was still challenging but not so much pressure on my wrists.
Also, I used the chair again for side reaches and was able to really open up.
I’m really noticing my increased flex.

I’m able to do that pretzel move now where you reach under your leg and hold your hand.

So it’s starting to come together.

I’m really seeing if not strength then increased flexibility!
