Day 18 - Ab Ripper and Kempo Day

Today I did AB Ripper X and I can finally say that I felt good about my workout here. I can feel myself getting stronger abs because I can actually do 25 each of the exercises except for 2 of them. I can’t remember which though because I’m going to focus in on the positive.

I also did Kempo X. I did the exercises but not to the normal vim and vigor that I normally do. Tomorrow is my rest day (I think). If I feel like it, I may do the legs and back so I can take Sunday off. We’ll see.
